Accommodating a continual growth pattern of a successful commercial retail and service business on the same site over a 15 year period has been the challenge that Joe Burton and the owners and management of Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner have faced together.
The constant evolution of automobile design and technology demand that the environments designed for their display, storage, and service keep pace with the flow of new ideas and new products. Starting with the original six story office building and service garage on the site, design and construction projects have included a two story showroom addition, a three level precast concrete parking structure leading to a new two level building with over 75 service bays. The most recent addition has included a two level structure housing a three lane service queue, 14 service advisor stations, and a sky lit customer waiting area.
